Avinash K Arora (Avii) has more than 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and health care industries and has held high level management positions in business development, regulatory affairs, scientific affairs and compliance with global companies that produce Pharma, Food, Cosmetic and NHP products.

Professor Nagori is having a blend of 41 years of experience in Manufacturing, Teaching, Research & Development, Administration and Consultancy.
He was in Pharma Industry from 1981 to 1983 and joined teaching profession in 1983 as Lecturer at Lachoo Memorial College of Science & Technology (Pharmacy) Jodhpur, later became Reader & Head (1992), Professor and Associate Director, Pharmacy wing (1998), Director (MBA)(2009), Director (Ph.D., PG, UG & Diploma)(2001 till his date of superannuation i.e. 31 August 2020) at the same institution where he proved to be a huge asset to the college and contributed as a dynamic Director for placing his institution on Pharmaceutical Education map of India prominently.
After his superannuation, he has been associated as Pharma Management, QA-QC, and Legal & Regulatory Compliance Consultant with M/s La Sante Pharmaceutique, Libereville, Gabon and M/s Iscon Surgicals Limited, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) India. He also rendered his services as Director, NIMS Institute of Pharmacy & Pro-President, NIMS University, Jaipur (Rajasthan) India.
Professor Nagori was the founder Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota and Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur.
He was instrumental in getting the college “A”, grade by NAAC-UGC three times. He was also instrumental in the college getting the Autonomous status from UGC. Also under his leadership, the D. Pharm. and B. Pharm Courses of the college were accredited by NBA-AICTE. He designed a new branch in M.Pharm. (Pharm. Management & Regulatory Affairs) for the first time in the country with his background knowledge of Pharmacy, Management and Law.
He has been nominated as member of M. Pharm. Committee for framing of course syllabus, list of equipments and reference books etc. for various PG specializations by Pharmacy Council of India. He was a member of the task force of All India Board of Pharmaceutical Education of AICTE for designing the D.Pharm., B.Pharm., & M.Pharm. syllabi.
He was deputed by PCI as Academician-PCI Representative Trainer for the State of Rajasthan to train the Officers for collecting/ obtaining samples for the “Survey of extent of the problems of spurious and NSQ Drugs in the country conducted by National Institute of Biologicals, Noida”, and imparted training to about 100 Officers of Rajasthan.
He has published more than 150 papers having 1296 citation, 20 h-index and 32 i10 index research papers in Journals of repute. He has RG score of 21.55 in research gate. He has presented papers and delivered invited talks/ keynote speeches in more than 80 National (74) & International (8) Conferences.
He has also authored three books. He has filed 5 patents. Three patents has been granted to him by the Indian Patent & Design office.
He has been Ph.D. Examiner; Research Supervisor and Ph.D. Guide. Fourteen Scholars have completed Ph.D. under his guidance. He has been a P.G. Teacher, P.G. Dissertation Supervisor, P.G. Examiner and Chairman of the P.G. Evaluation Board; so far, 183 students have completed M.Pharm. under his supervision.
He was in teaching profession not by compulsion but by choice. As a career teacher in Pharmacy, he was committed for upliftment of Pharmacy profession and education, particularly in the State of Rajasthan and instrumental in making/shaping career of about 1800 diploma pharmacists, 1200 degree pharmacists, 375 post graduate pharmacists and 30 Ph.D degree holders, who have passed out from his ex-college.
